The Site provides free payroll tax calculation tools for general informational and estimation purposes. You may use calculations for internal business planning, education, and preliminary estimation. You may not republish, scrape, or embed the calculation engine commercially without written permission.
3. Not tax advice
The calculations and information produced by this Site are provided for estimation purposes only. They do not constitute tax advice, a binding ruling, or a substitute for engaging a registered tax agent. See our disclaimer for full details.
4. Intellectual property
All editorial content, code, and design remain the property of eHealth Systems Pty Ltd. Statutory rates and formulas are public law and reproduced for reference with verification dates.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to reverse-engineer the calculation engine, or deploy automated scraping tools that degrade service availability for other users.
6. Commercial relationships and affiliate links
The Site is free to use and is funded by advertising and, where a link to a third-party product is present, by affiliate commissions. Where a link to a third-party product or service is an affiliate link, eHealth Systems Pty Ltd may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase. Every such link is disclosed on the page beside the link and carries the rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" attribute.
Any recommendation reflects our own assessment of the product. Commercial relationships do not influence our editorial content, the rates and thresholds we publish, or any calculation result. Your dealings with any third-party provider are solely between you and that provider, under that provider's own terms.
